The Rosso Ciuchino Monferrato DOC Biologico by Cascina Valle Asinari is born in a territory rich in history and tradition, in the heart of Monferrato, an area known for producing red wines with character. Made from grapes cultivated using organic methods, this wine respects the environment and enhances the qualities of the typical grape variety of the denomination. The aging is carefully done, preserving the pure and lively expression of the fruit.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby red color, accompanied by pleasantly fruity aromas and spicy notes intertwined with hints of earth and light minerality. On the palate, it is balanced, with soft tannins and a freshness that invites sip after sip. Perfect paired with traditional Piedmontese dishes, such as grilled red meats, cured meats, and aged cheeses, it is an expressive wine that fully tells the story of the organic Monferrato terroir.
