The Rosso Colli del Limbara IGT - Capidannu - Bacchjera is a wine that tells the authentic character of northern Sardinia, produced on the gentle hills of Limbara. Made primarily with native grape varieties, this red stands out for its balanced structure and rustic elegance. The aging often takes place in oak barrels, imparting aromatic complexity to the wine, which opens with intense scents of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and plum, followed by spicy notes and a slight balsamic hint. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant persistence.

Perfectly paired with typical Sardinian dishes, from roasted meats to aged cheeses, it is an ideal companion for those wishing to explore the richness and winemaking tradition of the Limbara area through a refined and sincere tasting experience.
