Pairing Red meats, aged cheeses, Tuscan dishes

The Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2022 from Poggio alle Mura, part of the prestigious Banfi winery, embodies the freshness and elegance typical of this Tuscan wine. Produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes harvested in the historic Montalcino area, this Rosso stands out for a vibrant character, a sincere expression of the terroir. The aging, carefully done in traditional oak barrels, imparts complexity and delicacy without overloading the sip, keeping alive the typical youthful liveliness.

In the glass, it presents a bright ruby color, while on the nose it releases intense aromas of fresh red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by subtle floral and spicy notes. The palate is harmonious and soft, with silky tannins that invite you to finish the glass. Perfect as a companion for traditional Tuscan dishes, white meats, and fresh cheeses, this Rosso di Montalcino offers an authentic experience of the territory in Magnum format.
