This specimen of Rosso di Montalcino presents a bright, vibrant ruby red color, heralding the lively aromatic notes that follow. On the nose, it offers a complex aromatic bouquet where aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherries and raspberries intertwine, hints of violet, and subtle spicy notes of black pepper and cinnamon, derived from a balanced time in oak barriques.

On the palate, the wine is full and harmonious, with a good tannic structure that promises an excellent aging potential. The balance between acidity and alcohol is perfect, with a long and persistent finish that leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness.

With just 14% ABV, the Rosso di Montalcino by Ventolaio pairs beautifully with dishes of red meat, game, and aged cheeses, enhancing the best of each pairing thanks to its versatility and elegance. This wine represents an excellent expression of the Montalcino terroir, offering a taste experience that is rich and decidedly memorable.
