The Rosso di Montalcino DOCG Le Ragnaie is born in the famous hilly area of Montalcino, a Tuscan territory renowned for the quality of its red wines. This wine is mainly made from the Sangiovese grape, which finds here an ideal terroir between clay and galestro, giving elegance and structure to the product. The Rosso di Montalcino is distinguished by a controlled aging, often in oak barrels that give it delicacy and complexity without overwhelming wood notes. In the glass, it appears with a bright ruby red color, accompanied by intense aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, with floral hints and a light spicy scent. On the palate, the wine shows a harmonious balance between freshness and softness, with velvety tannins and a pleasant final persistence. Ideal with red meat dishes, roasts, or aged cheeses, it is a versatile companion to traditional Tuscan cuisine.
