The Rosso Toscana IGT Classico Ripa delle Mandorle by Castello Vicchiomaggio elegantly expresses the authentic character of the Tuscan region. Produced from a careful selection of indigenous grape varieties, this wine reflects the richness of the land among the gentle hills of Chianti Classico. The aging takes place in oak barrels, which give the wine a balanced structure and a fine aromatic complexity.

In the glass, it presents an intense ruby red color, enriched by aromas of ripe red fruits, light spicy notes, and hints of balsamic that blend harmoniously. On the palate, Ripa delle Mandorle stands out for its softness, balance, and persistence, with velvety tannins and a pleasantly fruity aftertaste.

It pairs well with roasted meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, making every tasting a journey through the genuine flavors of Tuscany.
