The Rosso Toscana IGT Passotasso of Tenuta Bibbiano is born in the heart of Tuscany, a land famous for its wine-making tradition and its evocative landscapes. This wine expresses the essence of the typical grape varieties of the region, harmoniously combining the varieties that best represent the local identity. Its aging takes place in wooden barrels that give the wine complexity and softness, allowing the aromas to develop fully. In the glass it appears with an intense color, while on the nose it offers enveloping aromas of ripe red fruits, spicy notes, and a hint of vanilla. The taste is balanced and structured, with soft tannins and a persistent finish that intrigues the palate. This red pairs wonderfully with typical Tuscan dishes, such as grilled meats, game, and aged cheeses, ideal for those who desire an authentic and refined experience of the territory.
