Rum Demerara the Last Casks Diamond Coffee Still, selected by the historic distillery El Dorado, is a unique specimen originally distilled in 1998 and subsequently restilled in Canada in 2018. Coming from the Demerara region in Guyana, this rum is made using traditional methods with Diamond Coffee Still copper pot stills, an exceptional tool that imparts complexity and finesse to the distillate.

In the glass, it presents a deep, bright amber color, while on the nose it reveals a symphony of warm aromas: sweet notes of vanilla, caramel, light spices, and a hint of roasted coffee, a tribute to the particular still that defines its style. On the palate, it is smooth, enveloping, with a perfect harmony between sweetness and spice, leaving a persistent and slightly smoky finish.

Perfect to enjoy neat or accompanied by dark chocolate, this rum tells the story of a territory and a artisanal process that enhances tradition.
