The Rum Grande Reserve of Plantation is a fine spirit that embodies the art of Caribbean tradition combined with careful selection and aging. Made from sugar cane grown in various regions of the Caribbean, this rum stands out for its double maturation process, which involves an initial aging phase in the lands of origin and a subsequent aging in oak barrels in France. This technique imparts a rich and complex character, capable of expressing a surprising harmony between notes of vanilla, caramel, and sweet spices, balanced by hints of dried fruit and toasted wood.

On the nose, it is intense and enveloping, while on the palate it is smooth and round, with a long and delicately spicy finish. Perfect to enjoy neat or in refined cocktails, the Plantation Grande Reserve is an excellence able to tell the story and terroir of each of its origins.
