The Rum Invecchiato 5 anni R74 by Roner is born in the heart of Alto Adige, a land more known for wines and distillates with elegant characters, here expressed in a refined interpretation of rum. This product is made from selected raw materials and aged for five years in barrels that enhance its complexity and smoothness, giving the distillate a perfect balance between intensity and delicacy.

On the nose, it opens with hints of vanilla, caramel, and touches of toasted wood, while on the palate it is round, with notes of dried fruit, sweet spices, and a persistent and enveloping finish. Its artisanal processing and long aging allow the full aromatic richness of this rum to be expressed.

Ideal to enjoy neat or mixed, it pairs excellently with chocolate desserts or aged cheeses, making every sip an enveloping and refined experience.

Distillation

Predominant use of discontinuous copper stills; vacuum distillation in the still "Luisa" for certain products; declared double distillation for the rum; maceration for liqueurs.

Ageing
