The Saint-Joseph Rouge Tildé, produced by the renowned winery Pierre Jean Villa, is an exceptional example of the viticulture of the Rhône Valley. This red wine, strictly obtained from Syrah grapes, refines its distinctive character through a careful winemaking process and aging in barrels, resulting in a complex and seductive bouquet.

On the nose, Tildé displays notes of black fruits, subtle spices, and a light touch of aromatic herbs that add freshness to the olfactory profile. On the palate, the wine stands out for its elegant structure and well-integrated tannins, offering a balanced tasting experience with a pleasantly lingering finish.

Ideal for pairing with red meat dishes such as roasted lamb or filet mignon with green peppercorns, this wine also highlights its versatility with aged cheeses. The Saint-Joseph Rouge Tildé is undoubtedly a distinguished choice for wine enthusiasts who appreciate the refinement and complexity that only Syrah can offer, masterfully interpreted by the hand of Pierre Jean Villa.
