The Sake Akishika Okarakuchi comes from the Nara region, the historic heart of sake production in Japan, where tradition and territory merge to create a product of excellent quality. Made with Yamada Nishiki rice, a prized cereal variety for fermentation, and pure water from local springs, this sake stands out for its dry and decisive character. The artisan fermentation technique, supported by meticulous attention to temperatures and maturation times, gives it a sober elegance and a refined balance between sweetness and acidity.

On the nose, fragrant notes of fresh rice and light floral nuances can be detected, while on the palate a light structure emerges, with a pleasant soft sensation and a clean, persistent finish. Its olfactory and taste profile makes it ideal as an accompaniment to Japanese cuisine dishes such as sushi, sashimi, or tempura, but it also successfully complements delicate dishes based on fish or white meats, enhancing each course with its harmonious lightness. A refined choice for those who wish to approach the world of sake authentically and uncompromisingly.
