Sake Fukuju Daiginjo is born in the traditional region of Hyogo, the beating heart of Japanese sake art. Made with the precious Yamada Nishiki rice, the Daiginjo represents the highest expression of refinement among sakes, thanks to a refined processing that mills the grain to less than 50% of its original weight, ensuring purity and delicacy. The slow and controlled fermentation gives this sake a complex and enveloping aromatic profile, characterized by floral notes, melon, and white peach, accompanied by a soft freshness and a clean and harmonious finish.

Sake Fukuju Daiginjo is perfect as a companion to delicate dishes such as sushi, sashimi, and Japanese cuisine in general, but it is also suitable for more creative pairings with raw fish and light appetizers. Served chilled, it enhances its elegance, offering a rich and sophisticated sensory experience, ideal for those who want to discover the most refined nuances of sake.
