The Sake Terada Honke Daigo no Awa is born in Gifu prefecture, a region known for its centuries-old tradition in producing high-quality sake. Made with Yamada Nishiki rice, one of the most prized rice varieties for fermentation, this sake is a refined example of artisanal technique dedicated to balance and purity.

The production process follows strict traditional methods, with controlled fermentation that preserves the delicate aroma and tasting clarity. The name "Awa" refers to the light and fine bubbles that characterize this sparkling sake, capable of caressing the palate with a fine and persistent effervescence. The bouquet opens with floral and fruity notes, accompanied by a fresh and slightly acidic aftertaste, inviting sip after sip with growing pleasure.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Daigo no Awa pairs well with delicate fish dishes, sushi, and refined Japanese cuisine, but also to accompany moments of conviviality marked by lightness and elegance. An experience that combines tradition and innovation in every sip.
