Sancerre Le Paradis - Domaine Vacheron represents the elegance and purity of Sauvignon Blanc in the renowned Loire region, France. Coming from vineyards cultivated using biodynamic methods in the heart of the Sancerre terroir, this white wine best expresses the identity of the territory, characterized by soils rich in limestone and chalk. The aging often takes place in stainless steel, preserving the freshness and liveliness typical of the grape variety.

In the glass, it appears with a bright and luminous color, while on the nose it offers intense citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, accompanied by herbaceous and mineral hints that recall flint. The sip is fresh and savory, of great balance, with a clean and persistent finish that invites new tastings. This Sancerre Le Paradis is ideal with fish dishes, shellfish, or fresh goat cheeses, enhancing the harmony between wine and food.
