Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC Nico - Stroblhof is born in the heart of Alto Adige, a land dedicated to mountain viticulture that imparts unique characteristics to the grape variety. Sauvignon, cultivated among sunny and fresh vineyards, expresses here a surprising freshness and aromatic intensity, with hints of tomato leaf, exotic fruits, and well-integrated herbaceous notes.

After harvesting, the grapes undergo fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature to preserve the delicate fragrance of the fruit, followed by a short aging on fine lees that gives softness and complexity to the wine. The result is a white with a bright straw yellow color, with a refined balance between freshness and structure.

Ideal paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and Asian cuisine, Sauvignon Nico enhances the territoriality of Alto Adige with a fresh, elegant, and deeply aromatic character. A true tribute to an international grape variety revisited with Alpine sensitivity.
