The Sauvignon Blanc of Yarden comes from the renowned Golan region, a unique volcanic territory in the Israeli wine landscape, which gives the wine a particularly intense minerality. Made from selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this white wine is characterized by vibrant freshness and a refined balance between acidity and body. After controlled fermentation at low temperatures, the wine matures in steel, preserving the primary aromas of the herbaceous and citrus scents typical of the grape variety.

On the nose, notes of white peach, grapefruit, and a delicate hint of tomato leaf emerge, accompanied by nuances of aromatic herbs that make the sensory experience complex and harmonious. The sip is lively, with a persistence that leaves room for a mineral and clean finish. Perfect paired with fish dishes, shellfish, or summer salads, it is a white capable of surprising with elegance and finesse.
