The Sauvignon Venezia Giulia IGP by Jermann is a wine that captures the essence of the Friuli Venezia Giulia territory through the aromaticity and freshness typical of this variety. Produced by one of the most renowned wineries in the region, this label stands out for its elegance and sophistication.

In the glass, Jermann's Sauvignon shows a bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers an intense and complex bouquet: notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and a light herbal vein give the wine an irresistible aroma that preludes the tasting sensations.

On the palate, it is vibrant and well balanced. The liveliness of the acidity is perfectly integrated with the wine's structure, whose flavors of ripe fruit blend with mineral nuances and a slight vegetal aftertaste that enriches the sensory experience. The persistence is remarkable, leaving a pleasant, lasting freshness.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Sauvignon Venezia Giulia IGP by Jermann also pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses. Its ability to evolve in the glass makes it suitable for pairing with vegetarian dishes and complex salads as well.

It is best served chilled, between 8-10°C, to fully appreciate its qualities and aromas. The Sauvignon Venezia Giulia IGP by Jermann represents an excellent choice for those seeking a wine that combines Friulian winemaking tradition with innovation and unmistakable quality.
