Schiava Alto Adige DOC - Alois Lageder is born in the evocative setting of Alto Adige, a land renowned for its mountainous landscapes and extraordinary temperature variation, elements that give the wines elegance and freshness. The Schiava grape variety, the protagonist of this wine, is carefully cultivated respecting sustainable methods typical of the Lageder estate, which favors biodynamic agriculture and respect for the terroir. The aging process takes place in large wooden and stainless steel barrels, maintaining intact freshness and lightness, with well-balanced floral and fruity notes.

In the glass it shows a light red color with violet reflections, expressing aromas of cherry, rose, and fresh almond. On the palate it is delicate, soft, and slightly spicy, with a pleasant acidity that makes it versatile in pairings. Ideal with regional cuisine dishes, cold cuts, and white meats, it enhances flavors without overpowering them.
