The Sherry Capataz Andres Deluxe Cream by Lustau comes from the renowned region of Jerez de la Frontera, the beating heart of Sherry production in Spain. This particular expression is born from the skillful blending of fortified wines, mainly from Palomino grapes, typical of this unique territory, enriched by a sweet touch that enhances its softness and complexity.

In the glass, it shows an intense amber color, characteristic of Sherries aged for a long time under the soleras system. On the nose, enveloping aromas of dried fruit, honey, and caramel emerge, accompanied by delicate hints of wood and sweet spices. The palate, velvety and full-bodied, stands out for an elegant balance between sweetness and freshness, with a long persistence that recalls notes of raisins and chocolate.

This Sherry Capataz Andres Deluxe Cream is magnificent as a contemplative wine but also finds a perfect pairing with chocolate-based desserts, blue cheeses, or even as an accompaniment capable of enhancing more structured Spanish gastronomy dishes, offering an intense and refined tasting experience.
