Sherry “En Rama” Fino del Puerto de Santa Maria 2024 by Lustau is a precious expression of Andalusia, a historic region for the production of fortified wines with great character and finesse. Coming from Palomino grapes grown in the vineyards around El Puerto de Santa Maria, this Fino embodies the authenticity of the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry denomination.

The special "En Rama" selection indicates a wine that reaches the market almost intact, without filtration or excessive treatments, maintaining its natural layer of biological veil, the “flor”. This practice gives the wine a vivid and original character, with intense aromas of green almond, bread crust, and salty notes that recall proximity to the sea and the influence of the limestone terroir.

On the palate, it reveals itself dry, savory, with incredible freshness and a clear persistence, rich with floral and ripe citrus notes. Extracted in American oak barrels, it follows the traditional aging methods “soleras y criaderas” which confer complexity and structure. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with raw fish, seafood, and tapas with anchovies or green olives, this Fino represents an authentic sensory journey into the wine culture of southern Spain.
