Sherry Fino Cruz del Mar 75 cl - Cesar Florido originates from the sun-kissed land of Jerez de la Frontera, where the Palomino grape finds its ideal habitat to express the unique character of Fino sherry. This wine is aged using the traditional method under a light veil of “flor,” a complex layer of yeast that protects the wine from oxidation and imparts freshness, delicacy, and a pleasant sea-salty flavor.

Visually, it presents a brilliant straw color with greenish reflections, while on the nose, notes of fresh almond, yeast, and hints of aromatic herbs emerge. On the palate, it stands out for its extreme dryness, vibrant freshness, and a light yet intense texture, leaving a clean and persistent finish typical of a terroir exposed to the sea breeze.

It is ideal as an aperitif but also pairs well with fish-based tapas, shellfish, or light vegetable dishes, enhancing every bite with its complexity and saline vigor. A sherry that tells the story of a territory and a centuries-old winemaking tradition.
