The Sherry Manzanilla Pasada de Cuevas Jurado 50 cl - Lustau comes from the renowned area of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a unique terroir in the heart of the Jerez region, known for its mild climate and limestone soils that give the wines distinctive characteristics. This Manzanilla, made from the Palomino grape, is distinguished by its aging under a particularly persistent layer of flor, typical of the Manzanilla denomination, which enhances its freshness and delicacy.

The Pasada represents a more complex and mature version of this style, with long years of aging that impart aromas of bread crust, toasted almonds, and intense marine notes, accompanied by a dry, savory, and very elegant palate. The alkaline component and sapidity make it perfect to pair with fishery products, seafood, and light Mediterranean cuisine dishes. Thanks to its refined structure and aromatic persistence, this Manzanilla Pasada is an excellent example of the winemaking tradition of Jerez, capable of telling the deep connection between terroir, grape variety, and craftsmanship.
