Sherry Moscatel Dorado 75 cl - Cesar Florido is an emblematic example of the versatility of fortified wines produced in the Jerez region, the historic land where this refined denomination originates. Made with carefully selected moscatel grapes, this wine best expresses the aromatic character and natural sweetness of the variety, combined with expert aging.

The Moscatel Dorado stands out for its intense amber color and an enveloping bouquet featuring hints of honey, dried apricot, and candied fruit notes, enriched by delicate spices and a slightly toasted background derived from aging under a flor yeast veil and subsequently in oak barrels. On the palate, it is soft, enveloping, and complex, with a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness, making it ideal both as a contemplative wine and paired with desserts based on dried fruit, dry pastries, and blue cheeses.

Produced following traditional methods that respect the typicality of the territory, this Sherry is a genuine tribute to the richness and winemaking history of Jerez, capable of delivering an intense and refined sensory experience.
