The Sherry Oloroso Pata de Gallina di Lustau represents one of the most refined and complex expressions of Andalusian winemaking heritage. Produced in the Jerez area, the birthplace of the famous fortified wine, this Oloroso stands out for its intense and enveloping character. The main grape used is Palomino, which here expresses all its versatility through a long aging in oak barrels under the traditional solera system, imparting depth and complexity to the aromatic profile.

On the nose, it offers a rich bouquet with notes of toasted dried fruit, cocoa, tobacco, and light spicy hints of vanilla and cloves. On the palate, it is full, structured, and velvety, with balanced savoriness and a long, satisfying persistence, a distinctive characteristic of these oxidative wines. Perfect to accompany aged cheeses, braised meats, and dishes based on mushrooms or truffle, the Pata de Gallina invites an intense sensory experience, capable of impressing even the most demanding palates. A true jewel of Lustau, symbolizing Spanish excellence in the world of fortified wines.
