The Sherry Pedro Ximenez Murillo, produced by the renowned Lustau house, represents a refined expression of the winemaking tradition of Jerez, in the heart of the Andalusian region. Made exclusively from the Pedro Ximenez grape variety, known for its extraordinary ability to develop natural sugars thanks to the sun-drying of the grapes, this sherry captivates with its intensity and enveloping sweetness.

The aging process takes place according to the soleras y criaderas method, which gives complexity and color depth, achieving a perfect balance between notes of dried figs, raisins, caramel, and honey. On the nose, intense scents of dried fruit and sweet spices can be perceived, while on the palate a velvety sweetness is appreciated, supported by a pleasant freshness that avoids any excess.

This sherry, with its full and embracing body, is ideally suited as a meditation wine or to accompany desserts based on dark chocolate, dry sweets, and blue cheeses, but it can also be successfully used in sophisticated culinary preparations such as sauces and marinades. An excellence that celebrates the identity of the territory and the artisanal mastery of Lustau.
