The Sherry VORS Amontillado 30 yo 50 cl - Lustau is a true jewel of the winemaking tradition of Jerez, a denomination famous for the production of top-quality sherry. Made from Palomino grapes, this Amontillado represents a perfect balance between the freshness of a fino and the complexity of an oxidative wine.

After a long aging of at least three decades, imbued with intense flavors, it is finally bottled in a 50 cl format, ideal for savoring every nuance slowly. The aging process under a layer of “flor” and subsequently exposed to oxidation gives the wine a deep amber color, with aromas of toasted nuts, honey, and light spicy notes that unfold on the nose and palate. The taste is elegant, with an enveloping texture and a long, balsamic, and harmonious finish.

This Lustau Amontillado proves perfect paired with aged cheeses, flavorful meat dishes, or as a meditation wine. A tasting experience that celebrates the history and excellence of the Jerez terroir.
