Monte Zovo's Soave DOC stands out for its elegance and aromatic richness, the result of Garganega grapes cultivated on the volcanic and limestone hills of the Soave area, in Veneto. This white wine captivates with its light straw-yellow color, with hues ranging from green to golden depending on the vintage.

On the nose, Monte Zovo's Soave offers a delicate yet complex bouquet, with predominantly fruity notes of green apple, pear, and citrus hints of lemon and lime, enriched by scents of white flowers and a slight touch of almond. There are also mineral accents, reflecting the richness of its terroir of origin.

On the palate, this Soave DOC surprises with its freshness and pleasant acidity. The balance is impeccable, with a light but persistent body that expands the fruity and floral flavor palette perceived on the nose. The taste finesse is combined with a slight sapidity that invites another sip.

Recommended to accompany light appetizers, fish or seafood dishes, it is also an excellent companion for risottos, particularly with asparagus or aromatic herbs. Its versatility also makes it suitable as an aperitif, served chilled at a temperature of 8-10°C.

The Monte Zovo winery, with its long winemaking tradition, employs sustainable production methods that respect the environment and enhance the authentic expression of the territory, giving this Soave DOC a distinctive quality and a charisma that reflects the authenticity and vinicultural passion of Veneto.
