Cantina Bertani, an old winery that originated in 1857 with the unification of Italy, with the desire and pride to represent the excellence of a new nation with a millenary culture.
Soave Vintage is the result of thethe most Elegant native white Veronese grape: Garganega, and is produced following a production technique used in the 1930s, now revisited and revisited in a contemporary key, to allow for greater freshness to the wine.
About 40% of the grapes are harvested in September, and the must is kept cold. The remainder is harvested in the first ten days of October, after careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard, and macerated with the skins on the cold must. The grapes remain in maceration for 3-4 days, then mature In concrete tanks for 9 months and refines in bottle for 6.
In the glass it shows an intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. Fruity aromas of pear, apricot and peach prevail on the nose.
When tasted, it shows an enveloping and elegant white. A soft and persistent sip with light mineral notes that tickle the palate. Excellent wine for an aperitif in good company, and also very suitable for pairing on the table with first courses with vegetables, soups and fish dishes.
