The Spumante Alta Langa Brut DOCG by Cascina Chicco is born in the prestigious hilly Piedmontese territory, known for its ideal conditions of altitude and temperature variation, which confer elegance and complexity to the wine. Produced mainly from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes, this sparkling wine stands out for the classic method of bottle refermentation, followed by a prolonged aging on the lees that imparts finesse and structure to the perlage.

In the glass, it offers a bright straw color, accompanied by fresh aromas of green apple, citrus, and light hints of toasted hazelnut. The taste, balanced and lively, presents a vibrant acidity that supports a complex palate, enriched by a pleasant mineral sapidity. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish and shellfish dishes, but also capable of surprising with more structured courses. An authentic and refined expression of the Alta Langa.
