The Spumante Alta langa DOCG Extra Brut - Cocchi is born in one of the most suitable areas of Piedmont, where the traditional Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grape varieties offer wines of great elegance and finesse. The aging takes place according to the classic method, with a long maturation on the lees that imparts delicate notes of bread crust, almond, and a pleasant citrus freshness.

The perlage is very fine and persistent, while on the nose emerge aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit, and a subtle mineral complexity, typical of the hilly soils of Alta Langa. On the palate, the attack is vibrant and dry, with a perfect balance between acidity and softness, leaving a clean and refined finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs excellently with fish dishes, fresh cheeses, and delicate appetizers, making this spumante a Piedmontese excellence to discover and appreciate in every nuance.
