The Spumante Brut Blanc di Neri, produced by the Torre Rosazza winery, is a refined Metodo Classico that is born in the Friulian hills of Collio, a territory renowned for its viticultural vocation and soils rich in Eocene marls. This sparkling wine is made from selected Pinot Bianco grapes, a variety capable of expressing freshness and minerality with great elegance.
The long aging on the lees gives this sparkling wine a fine and persistent texture, with a delicate and vibrant perlage. On the nose, it opens with scents of white fruit, wildflowers, and a delicate slightly buttery note, while on the palate it surprises with the balance between lively acidity and harmonious body, with a savory aftertaste. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with refined fish dishes, it is an excellent example of the Metodo Classico style in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
