The Spumante Brut of Cantina D'Isera is an elegant expression of the Trentino Dolomites, produced with selected native grape varieties that faithfully reflect the territory of origin. Characterized by a fine and persistent perlage, this sparkling wine stands out for its freshness and liveliness, with an aromatic profile featuring citrus notes and hints of green apple, enriched by delicate floral accents.

Lees aging gives complexity and a pleasant creaminess to the palate, balancing sapidity and acidity in a perfect equilibrium. Its original sapidity and structure make it ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes and light appetizers, enhancing conviviality with sophistication and lightness. A brilliant interpreter of the Alto Garda area, capable of combining tradition and modernity.
