The Spumante Brut Collavini is born in the heart of the Veneto region, an authentic expression of passion for native grape varieties and the sparkling wine tradition. This wine is made mainly from Glera, the principal grape of Prosecco, grown on well-exposed hills that give the fruit balanced ripeness and vibrant freshness.

The production follows the Charmat Method, which preserves the aromatic qualities and liveliness typical of the grape variety, producing fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, it opens with delicate notes of green apple, white flowers, and a light fragrant hint of citrus. The taste is fresh and harmonious, with good structure and a dry finish that invites another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Spumante Brut Collavini pairs perfectly with light appetizers, shellfish, and vegetable-based dishes, enhancing every bite with its freshness. An elegant and versatile toast, capable of expressing the refinement of Veneto in every effervescence.
