The Spumante Brut Metodo Classico Trento DOC by Levii is a refined expression of the Trentino terroir, where the mountain and the cool climate favor a slow ripening of the grapes. Made mainly from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay, this sparkling wine stands out for its elegance and complexity, the result of a long secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico. The aging process on the lees gives this wine fine and persistently harmonious bubbles, accompanied by an aromatic profile ranging from notes of green apple and citrus to more delicate hints of yeast and toasted almond. On the palate it is fresh, savory, and with a perfect balance between acidity and structure, making it versatile to accompany seafood appetizers, fish dishes, or even festive meal moments. A sensory experience that tells the passion for quality typical of Trentino production.
