The Spumante Brut Nature Dogma of Borgo Maragliano is born in the hills of Piedmont, an ideal area for the production of high-quality sparkling wines thanks to its microclimate and limestone soil. Produced with traditional methods, it expresses a dry and decisive character, free of added sugars, which allows the pure essence of the grape variety and terroir to emerge. In the glass, it presents a fine and persistent perlage, accompanied by a bright straw color. On the nose, it offers aromas of yeast, toasted bread, and floral hints, with a pleasant minerality. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and vibrant, with a balance that enhances citrus and green apple notes, providing a clean and persistent finish. This sparkling wine pairs perfectly with light appetizers, shellfish, and raw fish, and is also ideal as a refined aperitif.

The artisanal care of Borgo Maragliano is reflected in an elegant and authentic product, capable of best expressing the identity of Piedmont sparkling wines.
