The Spumante Brut Rosé metodo classico from Castello di Cacchiano represents an enological excellence of the Chianti Classico area, in Tuscany, a land rich in winemaking tradition and picturesque landscapes. Made from selected grapes, often with a predominance of red berry varieties such as Sangiovese, this sparkling wine stands out for its delicate finesse and the complexity given by the long aging on the lees typical of the metodo classico.

In the glass, it shows a pale pink color, dotted with fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory profile expresses fruity aromas of strawberry and cherry, floral accents, and light brioche notes that develop during maturation. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and savory, with a dynamic and clean sip that leaves a pleasant mineral aftertaste.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and delicate appetizers, this Spumante Brut Rosé proves to be a refined choice to celebrate special moments, embodying the elegance and tradition of Castello di Cacchiano.
