The Spumante Cuvée Brut of Serre di Pederiva is born in the heart of the Vicenza hills, where the temperate climate and mineral-rich soils give the wine a unique complexity. Made with a careful selection of typical local grape varieties, this Charmat method sparkling wine stands out for its fine and persistent bubbles, the result of a careful controlled fermentation. On the nose it offers fresh and fragrant aromas, with delicate hints of green apple, citrus, and a light floral note, anticipating a balanced sip, with a slender body and pleasant acidity. The palate is lively and harmonious, with a clean and persistent finish that invites another taste. Ideal to pair with seafood appetizers, delicate risottos, or as an elegant aperitif, this cuvée represents the refined expression of the best winemaking practices in the Veneto region.
