The Spumante Cuvée Dolce of Serre di Pederiva is born in the heart of Franciacorta, an area renowned for the Italian sparkling wine art. This sweet wine stands out for the balance between freshness and softness, typical of cuvées obtained from a careful selection of traditional grape varieties, especially Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, carefully worked according to the classic method.

On the nose, it opens with scents of ripe fruit, with notes of peach, apricot, and a touch of vanilla, while on the palate it reveals a pleasant enveloping sweetness, balanced by a vibrant acidity that gives freshness and lightness, making the drinking harmonious and satisfying. The fine and persistent bubbles enrich the texture, giving a sensation of elegance and refinement.

Perfect to accompany fruit-based desserts or light creams, this sweet sparkling wine is also ideal as a refined toast on special occasions, enhancing the oenological tradition of Franciacorta with a touch of sweetness designed to conquer the palate.

Winery history
The winery was born from the commitment of the Pederiva and Mattiola families to the Combai area. Production grew as a family enterprise handed down through generations. Today their children continue the business, preserving traditional practices in the terraced vineyards and hand-tending the vines.
Production philosophy
They practice viticulture closely connected to the land: manual work on the slopes, respect for biodiversity, and sustainability-oriented practices. Their approach combines local tradition with innovation in the cellar to bring out the characteristics of each cru.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located on the steep hills of Combai, in the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area, at the foothills of the Prealpi Bellunesi: a terraced landscape where heroic viticulture is practiced and grapes are grown for Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG and wines from native grape varieties.
