Spumante Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero A Lorenzo 180 by Luca Bellani is born from a careful selection of native grapes grown in the hills of Lugana, a renowned area between Lombardy and Veneto. The absence of dosage enhances the purity and freshness of the grape variety, delivering an essential and mineral flavor profile.

The long aging on the lees gives the wine complexity and finesse, with fine and persistent bubbles that enliven the palate. The nose reveals delicate aromas of ripe white fruit, bread crust, and light floral notes, while on the palate the sapidity and balanced acidity intertwine in an elegant and clean structure.

Ideal to accompany seafood appetizers, raw fish, or dishes based on fresh vegetables, this Spumante Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero represents an authentic and refined expression of the territory through the expert hand of Luca Bellani.
