The Spumante Metodo Classico Pomino DOC Brut by Leonia, property of the historic Frescobaldi family, is an elegant expression of the Tuscan hills. Produced mainly with typical local grape varieties, this sparkling wine stands out for its refined freshness and pleasant liveliness. The bottle fermentation according to the Metodo Classico gives a creamy foam and fine perlage, while prolonged aging on the lees imparts complexity and softness to the bouquet.

In the glass, it presents a delicate straw-yellow color, accompanied by fragrant notes of white flowers, green apple, and light hints of bread crust. On the palate, it reveals itself as balanced, with a pleasant acidity that enhances drinkability and a fresh, fruity persistence. Perfect as an aperitif, it gracefully accompanies fish dishes, shellfish, or delicate appetizers, enhancing the typical elegance of the Pomino territory.
