The Spumante Nature Metodo Classico Trento DOC by Balter is born in the fascinating Trentino territory, known for its elegant and refined bubbles. Made with carefully selected grapes according to the Trento DOC denomination regulations, this sparkling wine stands out for its freshness and personality. The classic method, with a long secondary fermentation in the bottle, provides a fine and persistent perlage, while the absence of dosage gives a surprising gustatory cleanliness and a dry, almost mineral character. On the nose, delicate notes of white flowers, bread crust, and yeasts emerge harmoniously blended with citrus scents, offering an intense and captivating olfactory experience. On the palate, it is smooth, lively, and structured, able to enhance dishes based on raw fish, shellfish, or light appetizers, but also an excellent choice as an aperitif for refined moments. A true jewel of Trentino, capable of combining tradition and innovation.
