The W’Heart! Extra Dry Rosé Sparkling Wine from the Barsento winery is a refined expression of Primitivo in sparkling form, capable of combining Mediterranean character with great drinkability. Made from 100% Primitivo grapes grown on trellises with low yields (80 q/ha) and harvested at the end of August, it is produced through careful and delicate vinification designed to enhance freshness and elegance.

After destemming and gentle pressing, the must ferments at a low temperature and remains in contact with the skins for about 10 hours (the “tear” technique) before pressing. The sparkling is created through secondary fermentation in an autoclave, with a lees aging of at least 5 months, which gives complexity and finesse to the perlage.

In the glass, it shows an intense coral color with violet reflections. The nose reveals sweet fruity aromas, accompanied by floral notes, hints of yeast, and delicate touches of bread crust. The sip is fresh and pleasant, with a dry taste harmoniously rounded by a slight sweet note. Flavors of sour cherry, toasted bread, and a delicate hint of wild strawberries stand out in the finish, supported by nice sapidity and good persistence.

Versatile and modern, the W’Heart! Rosé Sparkling Wine is ideal as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with seafood, fish dishes, and light preparations, always offering a balanced and engaging taste experience.
