The Spumante Rosé Brut - Cotarella is an elegant example of Italian bubbles, produced in the heart of Lazio, a land rich in winemaking tradition. Made mainly from Pinot Nero grapes, this sparkling wine stands out for its refined freshness and fine persistent perlage, achieved through the Charmat method. The delicate pink color anticipates a gentle bouquet, evoking notes of wild strawberries, light floral hints, and a subtle fruity sensuality. On the palate, it reveals itself as harmonious and lively, with a pleasant balance between acidity and softness, making every sip enveloping and refreshing.

Ideal as a sophisticated aperitif, it pairs beautifully with seafood appetizers, raw fish, or light dishes, enhancing conviviality with elegance and lightness. A versatile companion for those who desire a sparkling experience, with a gentle yet decisive character, perfect for celebrating special moments.
