The Spumante Rosé Brut Metodo Classico Trento DOC by Balter is born in the renowned vineyards of the province of Trento, a privileged territory for the production of excellent sparkling wines thanks to its cool climate and moraine soils rich in minerals.

This sparkling wine is mainly made from Pinot Noir grapes, carefully harvested to preserve aroma and acidity, and vinified using the classic method, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle for at least 24 months. The result is a fine and persistent perlage, capable of expressing elegance and liveliness together.

On the nose, it offers intense aromas of small red fruits, such as cherries and wild strawberries, accompanied by light floral notes and a hint of bread crust, typical of the long aging on the lees. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and harmonious, perfect for sophisticated aperitifs or to accompany dishes based on fish, shellfish, and white meats. A sip that tells the magic of a unique terroir and the artisanal mastery of Balter.
