The Spumante Rosè Molinara of Costa Arènte is born in the heart of Valpolicella, a land renowned for its winemaking tradition and the ideal climate for cultivating robust and aromatic grapes. Produced exclusively from the Molinara grape variety, rare and precious, this sparkling wine stands out for its freshness and delicacy, enriched by a light, fine, and persistent bubble.

The Charmat method gives this rosé a lively and fragrant character, suitable to enhance the fruity aromas typical of Molinara, with hints of wild strawberries, rose, and an elegant touch of sweet spices. On the palate, it is balanced, with a pleasant acidity that supports its drinkability and makes it versatile in pairings.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes, appetizers, and white meats, the Spumante Rosè Molinara of Costa Arènte is a refined example of how tradition and terroir can merge into an authentic and joyful sensory experience.
