The Spumante Susumante Rosato Brut by L'Archetipo is born in the hills of Puglia, a land rich in wine-making tradition, where the Mediterranean climate and varied soil promote a balanced ripening of the grapes. The main grape variety gives this sparkling wine a fresh and lively character, enhanced by the Charmat method used for aging, which preserves the fruity and floral notes of the wine while maintaining elegant and persistent bubbles.

On the nose, delicate scents of small red fruits and light citrus hints emerge, accompanied by a floral aroma reminiscent of spring. On the palate, it reveals itself harmonious, with a perfect balance between acidity and softness, a sapidity that invites sip after sip, and a gustatory persistence that leaves pleasant memories of wild strawberries and a subtle mineral note.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Spumante Susumante Rosato Brut pairs wonderfully with light fish dishes, appetizing starters, and fresh cheeses, enhancing every moment of conviviality with its natural elegance and freshness typical of the denomination of origin.

Winery history
The Dibenedetto family has been working the land in the Contrada San Giorgio/Contrada Tafuri area since the 1970s; in the 1990s the business moved into bottling, while the modern winery in Contrada Tafuri was developed in the following decade. From 2010 onwards the estate consolidated its identity by promoting the recovery of local varieties and experimenting with natural sparkling winemaking. In 2016 L’Archetipo was included in the Triple A catalog, a recognition mentioned by the winery itself.
Production philosophy
Farming practices based on Agricoltura Sinergica: minimal soil disturbance, no pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and companion planting. In the cellar, spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts are favored, filtration is limited or absent, and a minimal-intervention approach is taken to sulfite management.
Terroir and vineyards
Based in Castellaneta in the Puglia region, with vineyards in the Murgia/Taranto area and some bottlings labeled Salento IGP.
Awards and recognitions
