The Raboso from Casa Roma stands out for its intense personality, the result of the historic Venetian winemaking tradition. This sparkling wine, made from the native Raboso grape variety, expresses a vibrant balance between acidity and structure, typical of the local denomination of origin. The aging in the bottle gives it a fine and persistent perlage, accompanied by a bouquet rich in fruity and spicy notes. On the palate, it offers a pleasant freshness and soft tannins, ideal to accompany dishes with a strong flavor identity such as aged cured meats or roasted meats.
