The Syrah 870 Vallee d'Aoste DOP - Rosset is an authentic expression of an international grape variety that expresses itself with particular vigor in alpine terroirs. Cultivated in the heart of the Aosta Valley, this Syrah benefits from a cool climate and significant temperature variations, which give its clusters a slow and complex ripening.

The wine shows a deep and intense red color, with violet reflections, while on the nose it opens with elegantly spicy notes of black pepper, accompanied by scents of ripe small red fruits and a slight balsamic streak. On the palate it reveals itself fresh and vibrant, with soft but decisive tannins, supporting a harmonious structure and a persistence that invites the next sip.

The aging, often in small wooden barrels, helps to integrate nuances of vanilla and tobacco without overpowering the fruit. Perfectly paired with red meats and aged cheeses, the Syrah 870 tells with elegance the unique character of the Aosta Valley.
