Tenshino Yuwaku Imo is a refined distilled expression of sweet potatoes, produced by the Nishi distillery, renowned for its mastery in the art of Shochu. This distillate comes from the Kyushu region, the heart of Japanese tradition in Shochu production, where the main ingredient is not grape, but indeed sweet potato (Imo). Tenshino Yuwaku Imo expresses a full and complex character, with sweet and enveloping notes of caramel, vanilla, and an earthy touch typical of the raw material, balanced by a light spiciness and a delicate softness on the palate. The traditional aging method enhances the purity of the aromas and the finesse of the taste, preserving the original scents of the ingredient intact. Perfect to enjoy neat or on the rocks, it pairs wonderfully with grilled fish dishes or light Japanese cuisine, offering a refined and enveloping sensory experience.
